It was such a relief in the moving process to work with Andrew.

I was having a really hard time finding an apartment on my own using all the rental sites. I reached out to multiple realtors and Andrew is the only one who wanted to help me because I have a dog and wanted a backyard with my rental. 10 minutes after my first email, he responded. 1 hour after we talked about what I was looking for, he had sent 18 rentals to consider!! We toured 10+ apartments in less than 5 days. Andrew arranged them all, was incredibly professional in talking to the owners, and helped point out what was good/less than desirable in each unit when I asked for his opinion. If you want a communicative, efficient, and kind realtor that will work incredibly hard for you (and your dog) to find the perfect unit, TALK TO ANDREW!

Andrew is one of those people who is unbelievably good at his job.

I would send him a text at some really off-hour just hoping he'd get back to me in the next day or two. Immediately get a response. This happened so much. Andrew is funny, honest, and extremely hard working. This guy works around the clock and linked me up with a place that is exactly what I wanted, well within my price range. His expertise is crazy, and he definitely goes the extra mile. Seriously would recommend Andrew to the grave.

He truly deserves each and every one of the 5 stars and I would give bonus stars if I was able to. He is responsive, knowledgeable, kind and resourceful. I'm so grateful for the help Andrew provided in finding a rental for me as I made my move to Chicago. While I found a home through another, it wasn't because Andrew or the homes he was showing. He did any amazing job, and I can honestly say I've never had more fun touring an apartment.

"I hired Andrew to help me find an apartment for this upcoming September. he immediately answered my message and set up showings a few days after. He definitely worked past his 9-5 and was always reaching out to property managers to set up showings. He was so patient with my last minute requests and always did the best he could for me. "We are so glad that we have come across Andrew when we started looking for a new house/apartment to live in.Andrew made a great first impression, but what impressed us even more is his knowledge of the real estate market and his dedication to his clients. Honestly, we did not really know much about what we were looking for in the beginning except for an approximate location and a soft budget. We learned a lot from him on those trips he took us to see properties. We are sorry to say that we probably took too much of his time (he showed us more than a dozen properties, many over the weekend to fit our schedules) but we are so happy that we eventually found the perfect property that we would like to live in. Andrew said it’s fine for him to show us as many properties as we would like to see because he loves properties. We totally believed him because we could tell that when we were seeing properties, for example, once we saw him taking out those unwanted weeds in a backyard of a house that he was showing us: while we were busying talking with the other agent of the property owner, Andrew started cleaning the backyard and pulling those weeds that were fast growing from cracks on the paved area of the back yard. We were sure if he were the agent of the property owner, he probably would make that property more valuable (and we would end up paying more :). We are so happy he’s our agent instead.After everything was done and we have been living in our new home for about a month, Andrew surprised us again by sending us an email asking if we were happy with our new home and if there’s anything he could do to help us. We absolutely did not expect that: we thought our business with Andrew was over and he would not waste any time with us again. But no, he sent us another email asking us if we were happy! We really appreciated that and he did help us with some minor issues we found in the house after we moved in.We were asked by other people what we liked most while searching for a new home, we said that we liked our agent most! It’s true at that time and it’s still true today.Thank you, Andrew!"

"This was my first home purchase and I was on my own and overwhelmed. Andrew was so responsive and helpful throughout the whole process. He was patient and went to showing after showing with me and gave great feedback with each property we saw. He answered every single email, text, and phone call and stayed on top of things especially during the negotiations, inspection, and closing. I couldn't have asked for someone who was more kind and honest - that was really important to me. He really listened and cared about me feeling comfortable and happy in my new home. I really appreciate all the hard work Andrew put into my purchase and I absolutely love my home!"

What we liked best in working with Andrew was his amazing responsiveness any time day or night and his attention to detail in the Apple Notes with videos and measurements he gave us. He was prompt and friendly ,very knowledgable and kind. I would not hesitate to recommend Andrew to anyone who was buying, selling or renting real estate. "I never leave reviews because I’m probably lazy and ungrateful but I just could NOT, in good conscience, not leave a stellar glowing review for Andrew Harried. For context, I’m from NYC where the leasing/rental market is INSANE. You have to sell your soul to the devil and put down a million dollars to get a rat-infested matchbox-size apartment. I didn’t think it could get any worse, but Chicago then said “Hold my beer, Brah”. And what a nightmare. To make it even more complicated, I had VERY VERY specific needs: a 10-block radius in the middle of Lakeview East only and would not budge at all + a somewhat limited budget (beggars can be choosers in my mind) + a move-in date that was less than a month at a time when every single apartment is flying off the shelf at lightning speed. My self-imposed criteria and circumstances made it nearly impossible, but not for a superhero like Andrew. First of all, he had such a delightful bedside manner the entire time no matter how stressful the circumstance or how annoying I got (I recognize I’m a tough client). Always welcomed me with a smile and an upbeat positive attitude, demonstrated incredible patience, and was even kind enough to drive me around to multiple showings since I don’t have a car. But this was just the tip of the iceberg of awesomeness. He was also very proactive in finding and sending listings that fit my very niche criteria consistently. He also very quickly learned my style, my likes and dislikes which made his ability to send just the right listings even better. He also had a great online system to keep track of all listings, their rental$, their pros and cons, etc – all very organized and collaborative which I loved. He was ALWAYS available and responsive to my frantic texts across all hours of the day, and again, was kind, and patient, and always took the time to give me his expert POV and recommendations. At one point I had to make a fast-turnaround call on 1 of 2 apartments that I knew were going to go exceptionally fast and asked him to meet me in person to strategize a plan last min late one evening…and I can believe he did. Not only did he show up, but he helped me craft the right approach/play to get the one apartment I really wanted while keeping the other option viable as a backup. Long story short, all his expert advice, patience, and proactiveness 100% paid off and I was able to get the apartment of my dreams. I’m going to be buying property in the next year and if Andrew put this much effort and heart into my yearly rental, you better believe he is going to be the person right next to me when I start shopping for my first large property investment. He’s a dream."
